The place was good. Staff's behaviour wasn't up to the mark. Byt they provide good quality service with minimum cost. If you searching for a hotel for few months or a year then it's the perfect place for you. Already they have some guests like that. :P On the other hand they have two training venue with all multimedia systems.
A good hotel for small business or official meeting. They have a good banquet hall on the top floor which is asolated from the other gatherings of the hotel. They food is also good. Lunch buffet is available. The waiters and the other people of the hotel are really nice and well behaved. The place is just behind Robi LTD office. The building is a small one, only one problem is the lift and the rooftop. None of these are well maintained and so it doesn't look good.
Its a great place for your office meetings, conferences, or even your small family programs for upto 60 people. I have not used their room service yet but their staffs are well trained and very well groomed. I will definitely come to them for other programs.
They are the best. There behaviour is awesome. Restaurant chef from Kerala and Bhutan was excellent. Abhisek at the restaurant were best on 26th September dinner at the regular restaurant. Also the manager during that shift was excellent awesome. I love being there for there hospitality from the entrance to every corner. Smile and patience which is what you need in an hospitality industry.
Rooms are neat and have a good ambience. The staffs are very helpful. The location is also good just 1km from Gulshan lake. They also offer very good sight seeing and entertainment services. They have Big restrurent & also very good, chicken 65 was tasty specialy...
Great location, easy to move to airport. I stayed at hotel for 1 night only. Price is reasonable and service is great. Went from the UK and felt really great. Thanks to all the staff.
I went here for an office meeting. The outlook from the outside was very beautiful and the inside was also very beautiful. Their seminar room interior was very shabby. I hope they improve them.
